Founded in 1967 in Modesto, California by three friends, one with some money, one with good tank shop knowledge and experience and one with tank and trailer sales experience. They all agreed "character counts", we do what we say we're going to do regardless of profit or loss. The customer, no matter how big or small, is our #1 asset and employees our #2 asset, and we stay friends, no matter what. Through the decades this philosophy has remained among our talented staff. West-Mark has expanded their facilities over the years to accomodate the ever growing needs of a company out to serve the transportation tank trailer industry of the world. There are currently three facilities in California. West-Mark's home base is still in Ceres with a repair shop with over thirty years of experience and also a fire apparatus division, which has sparked a whole new avenue for West-Mark. The main tank trailer division has recently started production in their new 60,000 sq. ft. shop in Atwater. A repair facility was formed in Bakersfield to service Southern California. In order to meet the future needs of transportation equipment for the Millienium, West-Mark has upgraded all phases of manufacturing and Engineering. CAD/CAM, Computer Aided Design & Computer Aided Machinery, Finite Element Analysis, and laser technology insures a superior, cost-effective product in a timely manner. Our dedication is to continue to give our customers the same quality equipment and personal service that has won their respect over the years. We intend to accomplish this with excellent workmanship, lightweight trailers, and extraordinary service.
