Paid Holidays
West-Mark provides the following paid holidays after 90 days of employment.
• New Year’s Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day

Paid Time Off
West-Mark provides PTO based on years of service.
• 70 hours after 1 year of employment
• 110 hours after 2 year of employment
• 150 hours after 5 year of employment
• 190 hours after 10 year of employment
Direct Deposit
• Payroll is processed bi-weekly ending on Saturday nights at midnight
• The company offers up to two direct deposits to be created
401(k) and Profit Sharing
• Provides a 401(k) and 401(k) roth retirement plans after 90 days of employment.
• The company will match contributions to the employee up to 4%.
Health Insurance
• 3 different medical plan options
• Coverage is effective on the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment
• Children insured up to age 26
• No cost telehealth
• Reduced cost prescriptions and surgery centers of excellence
Dental Insurance
• Preventive care cleaning every 6 months
• Annual benefit of $1,500 per covered person
• Orthodontics at $1,000 life time benefit per person
Vision Insurance
• Annual co-pay of $20 form exams and materials combined
• Allows for exams and lenses every 12 months
• Allows for frames every 24 months
Basic and Voluntary Life Insurance
• Basic Life/Accidental Death & Dismemberment: Free at no cost to employee, spouses and children.
• Voluntary Term Life/ Accidental Death & Dismemberment: optional coverage to employee’s, spouses’s, and children without medical screening.
• Employees, spouses, and children voluntary term life/ AD&D amount is guaranteed if coverage is elected within 31 days of eligibility
