In Stock — Equipment on the Ground

2,000-gallon T-304 stainless steel potable water tank — ready to mount on your 2-axle chassis or build out as a trailer tank.

The West-Mark 2-Axle Potable Water Tank Truck pairs a 2,000-gallon all-stainless tank with stainless wings, bolsters, Z-rail and ladder, then mounts it to your customer-supplied chassis on spring-loaded, rubber-isolated mounts — no hard fixing to the frame. It’s a clean, simple, highway-rated water truck for municipalities, contractors, agriculture and rental fleets that want stainless durability without paying for options they don’t need.

Why Fleets Choose This Water Truck

Stainless Where It Counts

12-gauge T-304 2B stainless barrel and heads, 10-gauge stainless baffles, stainless wings, bolsters, Z-rail, upper mounts, ladder and plumbing. No carbon steel in the water path, no paint to maintain on the tank.

Mounted to Last

Heavy-duty spring-loaded mounts with a full-length rubber sill vulcanized to a stainless backing plate isolate the tank from chassis flex — the same approach West-Mark uses on severe-service tankers for the Alaska haul road.

Clean, Serviceable Interior

W-2 interior weld finish with W-3 longitudinal seams, 20″ staggered crawl holes through both baffles, and vent/drain holes sized for free flow and complete drainage.

Simple, Secure Plumbing

3″ stainless split-pipe rear outlet from the sump to a 3″ stainless-disc butterfly valve with lever-lock handle, ending in a 3″ male camlock with lockable brass cap. Padlock/seal lugs at every opening for transport security.

Truck or Trailer — Your Call

The standard build mounts to a customer-supplied 2-axle chassis, keeping your fleet standardized and tying into the truck’s existing LED stop/tail/turn lights per DOT. The same tank can also be built out as a trailer tank — ask our sales engineers which configuration fits your fleet.

Configure It Your Way

The base unit is deliberately lean. Spill dam, liquid level gauge, hydrant fill, pump, hose and hose storage, work lights, beacon, spotlight, mud flaps, paint and F.O.B. destination delivery are all available as options.
